Once again, we celebrated World Book Day in style! The children dressed up as characters from their favourite books and the staff in UKS2 dressed up as characters from The Wizard of Oz.
A day of creative reading and writing took place across the school, but in Year 6, they wrote from one of the characters viewpoint from The Wizard of Oz. A real classic book and film. The children were also treated to watch the film as many had not seen it. The film is an impressive 85 years old!
A great day had by all!
